Personal License Agreement

Grant of License:
LeoSupply.co grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable,
non-sublicensable license to use the digital products purchased
(including fonts, brushes, textures, etc.) solely for personal,
non-commercial projects. This license is restricted to one user only.

Usage:
The Licensee may use the digital products for personal projects such as personal artwork, gifts, or other non-commercial uses. Any use of the digital products in commercial projects, directly or indirectly for
profit, or any other monetization efforts is strictly prohibited under
this license.

Restrictions:

• Redistribution, resale, lease, transfer, or sub-license of the digital products or any derivative works from the digital products is not permitted.
• The digital products may not be included in any online or offline archive or database.

Term:
This license remains in effect until terminated by LeoSupply.co. The license will terminate automatically without notice from LeoSupply.co if the Licensee fails to comply with any provision of this Agreement.

Acknowledgement:
By downloading or using the digital products from LeoSupply.co, the
Licensee acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is effective upon purchase of digital products by the purchaser ("Licensee") from LeoSupply.co ("Licensor").

Grant of License:
LeoSupply.co grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable,
non-sublicensable license to use the purchased digital products
(including fonts, brushes, textures, etc.) for small to medium commercial projects. This license is limited to one user.

Usage:
The Licensee may use the digital products in commercial projects such as advertisements, promotional materials, and merchandise where the end
product is not sold or redistributed. This includes digital and physical
end products for sale.

Restrictions:

• The digital products may not be used in any form that involves the
  redistribution or resale of the fonts, brushes, or textures themselves.
• Use of the digital products in large-scale advertising (such as nationwide
  campaigns) or in the creation of products for wholesale is prohibited.

Term:
This license is valid until terminated by LeoSupply.co and will
automatically terminate if the Licensee violates any of the terms.

Acknowledgement:
The Licensee agrees that downloading or using the digital products constitutes agreement to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

  Designed for large-scale projects. This license covers extensive commercial use, suitable for large businesses and projects that reach a broad audience. It allows for the use in major commercial outputs,

Corporate License Agreement

This License Agreement ("Agreement") becomes effective upon purchase of digital products by the purchaser ("Licensee") from LeoSupply.co
("Licensor").

Grant of License:
LeoSupply.co grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the digital products (including fonts, brushes, textures, etc.) for large-scale commercial projects. This license allows for use by up to four users.

Usage:
The Licensee is permitted to use the digital products in high-volume
commercial ventures such as mass marketing, large-scale campaigns, and extensive distribution channels.

Restrictions:

• The Licensee shall not redistribute, resell, lease, license, or sublicense the digital products.
• The digital products may not be used to create derivative products intended for resale or distribution where the primary value lies in the product
  itself (e.g., reselling brushes or fonts).

Term:
This license remains effective until terminated by LeoSupply.co. It will
terminate immediately without notice if the Licensee fails to comply with any term.

Acknowledgement:
By using the digital products from LeoSupply.co, the Licensee acknowledges their acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.
