Our products are digital downloads, including fonts, brushes, and add-ons for Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate, and similar software. You may request a refund within 10 days of purchase, provided that the digital product has not been downloaded, accessed, opened, installed, or used in any way.

Due to the nature of digital content, once a file has been downloaded or used, the purchase becomes final and is no longer eligible for a return or refund. By requesting a refund, you confirm that the product has not been used and that no copies have been retained.

If you experience a technical issue with your purchase, such as problems accessing or downloading the file, receiving a corrupted file, or receiving a file that does not match the product description, please contact us at info@leosupply.co with your order number. We will review the issue and provide a solution, which may include replacing the file or issuing a refund if the issue cannot be resolved.

Refunds will not be issued for compatibility issues with your device or software, lack of knowledge on how to use the product, or a change of mind after the download has occurred.

In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to digital content once delivery has begun, provided that you have given your explicit consent and acknowledged this at checkout.
